Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Please note: During peak seasons such as Black Friday and holidays, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

Free Shipping
Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 within the United States. The discount is automatically applied at checkout and is available on orders shipped via Standard Shipping. Free shipping excludes taxes, discounts, and shipping fees. Some oversized items may require additional shipping charges, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your order confirmation number, tracking number, direct tracking link, and estimated delivery date.
You can also track your order anytime by logging into your RENURA account, visiting our Order Tracking page, or contacting us at support@renura.com.
International Shipping — Important Information
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes such as VAT or GST. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your country's customs authority. RENURA is not responsible for these fees, and they are not included in your order total.
International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance, weather conditions, local postal service issues, or holiday seasons. We recommend allowing extra time for international deliveries during busy periods.

Shipping Address

RENURA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
Multiple Shipments
Occasionally, items in your order may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment at no additional cost.
Undelivered Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused by the recipient, or left unclaimed at a pickup location, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Holiday Shipping
During major holidays such as Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year, please expect increased processing times of 2-4 business days, potential carrier delays, and order cutoff dates posted on our homepage. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery during peak seasons.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and building management first. Wait 24-48 hours as packages are sometimes marked as delivered early. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@renura.com and we will help investigate with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product, then contact us within 48 hours at support@renura.com. We will arrange a free replacement or refund immediately.
Gift Orders
Sending RENURA as a gift? We offer discreet packaging with no invoice included, and gift messages can be added at checkout. We also ship directly to the recipient's address.
